Today, you'll step into the grandeur of the Potala Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the former winter residence of the Dalai Lama. Marvel at its golden rooftops, intricate murals, and sacred artifacts as you ascend through its 13 stories, each brimming with history.
Next, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of Jokhang Temple, Tibet's holiest shrine. Buckle up for a breathtaking drive to Gyantse! Along the way, pause at the Gampala Pass (4,790m) for sweeping views of the Himalayas. Then, be captivated by the turquoise waters of Yamdrok-tso Lake, nestled like a jewel amidst snow-capped peaks.
In Gyantse, discover the Pelkor Monastery and the magnificent Gyantse Kumbum, a unique architectural marvel adorned with thousands of Buddhist statues and murals. As the sun sets, continue to Shigatse, Tibet's second-largest city, where you'll rest for the night.
Begin your day at Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama. Admire its golden stupas and serene courtyards before embarking on an epic drive to Everest Base Camp. Traverse high mountain passes like Gyatsola (5,248m), where the Himalayas unfold in all their glory.
Arrive at the base camp (5,200m) and stand in awe of Mount Everest, the planet's highest peak. If the weather smiles upon you, witness a golden sunset painting the summit in hues of fire. Spend the night in a cozy tent or the historic Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse, the highest monastery in the world.

Then, journey back to Shigatse, reflecting on the unforgettable vistas you've witnessed.
Relax aboard a comfortable train as you glide through Tibet's stunning landscapes back to Lhasa. Upon arrival, your guide will escort you to your hotel, where you can unwind and reminisce about your Everest adventure.
Board a fast train to Nyingchi, a lush paradise known as "Tibet's Jiangnan". From here, you'll venture to Basumtso Lake, a sacred gem surrounded by emerald forests and towering peaks. Are you ready to explore the source of life? Today, you'll discover the enchanting Yani National Wetland Park, where the Yarlung Zangbo and Niyang Rivers converge in a dance of blue and green. Then, wander through the 2,600-year-old Nyingtri Cypress Forest, where ancient trees whisper tales of centuries past.

Let's move to Bomi, where the awe-inspiring Midui Glacier awaits. Hike to its shimmering blue ice walls, one of the world's lowest-altitude glaciers. Later, be mesmerized by Rawu Lake, a mirror-like expanse fed by glacial waters, framed by meadows and rugged mountains.
