Today you will fly to Hohhot. Upon arrival, our driver will escort you to the hotel for rest. The rest of the day is for your own to relax.
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for the Laoniuwan Yellow River Grand Canyon, one of China’s top ten most captivating gorges and renowned as the ‘First Bend of the Winding Yellow River’.
Upon arrival, take a speedboat to Laoniuwan (enjoy the magnificent natural scenery of the Yellow River’s bends along the way). Then, walk along the Yellow River plank road to the 'Nine-Bend Yellow River Maze', where you can experience the ancient traditional folk culture activity of navigating the labyrinth.
After the activity, hike along the Dayu Plank Road to Liuxiang Bay (approx. 50 minutes, admiring the natural landscapes of the Yellow River). Stroll through the ancient village to experience the unique cave-dwelling culture of Northwest China.
For dinner, savor the intangible cultural heritage dish—soup cakes.
After the meal, check in to a traditional cave-style guesthouse, a distinctive lodging of Northwest China.
Enjoy the sunrise over the canyon in the morning.
After breakfast, depart for the Genghis Khan Mausoleum. Genghis Khan is a Mongolian hero who reunified the chaotic Inner-Mongolia prairie, made great contribution to the founding of the powerful Yuan Dynasty and enhanced greatly the interaction of the people of China. The Genghis Khan’s Mausoleum is about 15kms southeast of Atengxilian town of Ikinholo Banner in Inner-Mongolia. The Mausoleum was completed in 1954, but destroyed by Red Guards in the Cultural Revolution (1966-1976) and after many years’ restoration, the site takes on the present appearance.
Then explore Kangbashi New Area, which is the China’s first urban 4A-level scenic spot.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the Yinken Resonant Sand Bay in the Kubuqi Desert (China's 7th largest desert) for a leisurely tour of Xian Sha Island.
After desert activities, travel to Baotou for overnight - the 'Steel City on the Grasslands'.
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Baotou Museum to learn more about Baotou from special insight.
Then proceed to Wudang Lamasery - one of China's four major Tibetan Buddhist monasteries.
After the tour, travel to the Mongolian yurt camp on Xilamuren Grassland. Enjoy a bonfire party after dinner and spend the night in a traditional Mongolian yurt on the grassland.
Begin your day with a breathtaking grassland sunrise.
After breakfast, enjoy free time exploring the prairie before visiting the picturesque Butterfly Valley Flower Fields at a Mongolian ranch.
Continue to Honggeer Aobao, the grassland's largest sacred stone mound, where you'll witness an impressive live equestrian show.
Return to Hohhot to wander through the historic Tongshun Alley and Saishang Old Street.
This morning your tour will begin from Inner Mongolian Museum. In order to gain a better understanding of the Mongolian people, the Inner Mongolia Museum is an ideal place to visit. Located in Hothot, the building itself showcases aspects of unique architecture and characteristics of the region. In addition to the displays showcasing the historical aspects of the people of the area, there are also plant, animal and mineral samples and specimens of Inner Mongolia on display as well. The culture and customs of the people are seen and felt here, from their beginning through the Yuan dynasty, to the Ming dynasty and then the Qing dynasty.
After visiting, we will catch a flight to next stop Hailaer.
After having a delighted breakfast, we will head to the depths of the Hulunbuir Grassland to visit the Mergel River. The course of the Morgrad River is narrow and meandering continuously, and is known as "the first curved water in the world". The vast and boundless prairie under the blue sky and white clouds, a winding jade belt shuttles through it, the white yurts on the shore, and flocks of cattle and sheep together constitute a beautiful picture on the prairie.
After that, we will travel to visit Ergun Wetland Park, The Ergun Wetlands were formerly known as the Genhe Wetlands. Located on the outskirts of Ergun Right Banner, they are one of China's larger wetlands with a good level of ecological preservation. The terrain here is flat and open, and the tributaries of the Ergun River flow from here to form a spectacular and beautiful river wetland landscape.
After the visit, drive to Genhe, known as the "cold pole of China", and check into the hotel to have a good rest.

The first site we will explore is Aoluguya. The mysterious Aulu blooms quietly in the cradle of the northern nomads, the original reindeer garden, and the starting place of Santa Claus! Here is the only deer tribe and hunting nation in China; here is the village of Chinese ethnic minorities, the hometown of birch bark ethnic culture and art; Don't be complicated by the world, indulge your soul, and let your imagination run wild. There is a harmony between man and nature, which captures the collision with the natural atmosphere.
The next stop is the Moerdaoga National Forest Park, which is a large forest park in China covered mainly by virgin coniferous forest characteristic of northern China. There are also islands in the area, and available pastimes include rafting and others. If you are lucky, you may spot some wildlife.
Thereafter, you will be transferred to Shiwei for overnight stay.
After arriving, take a stroll through the village and watch the Russian village across the Erguna River.
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Hawu'er River Scenic Area to see the first curved water in the world's forest, the Hawer River, appreciate its thousand curves and beauty, and learn about the ancient and mysterious hunting life.
Then, take you to Enhe Russian Ethnic Township, visit Russian families upon arrival, learn about Russian ethnic customs, religious beliefs, watch Russian ethnic musical instrument performances, and listen to ethnic characteristic song performances.
After that, head to the Heishantou Grassland and freely move around on the grassland upon arrival.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the Grassland in the early morning.
Then we will enjoy a breakfast and continue our journey to Manzhouli.
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Manzhouli Museum, immerse yourselves in the culture of Manzhouli.
Afterwards, visit the Nesting Doll Square to see the world's largest nesting dolls and irregular buildings, watch characteristic circus performances, and experience the charm of China, Mongolia, and Russia.
After breakfast, go to the west bank of Hulun Lake, one of the five largest freshwater lakes in China.
Visit Genghis Khan Hitching Post, located on the west bank of Hulun Lake, 38 kilometers from Alatanemole Town in New Barag Right Banner and 88 kilometers from Manzhouli City, is a cliff surrounded by water on three sides. To the south lies a lake with clear water, and the stone walls are rugged and steep, smooth as if carved by a knife. The north and east sides are steep slopes leading down to the lake bay, while the west side is a gentle slope connecting to the lakeshore.
Then go to Hulun Lake Gold Coast to enjoy the natural landscape of Hulun Lake.
Thereafter, we will go to Ganzhu’er Temple, the largest lama temple in Hulunbeier area. It is named for its collection of Mongolian Ganjul scriptures. Its architectural style integrates three cultures of the Central Plains, Mongolia and Xizang.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to Aershan National Forest Park, visit Dujuan Lake which is named after the azaleas that bloom along the lakeside. The lake is in an "L" shape, with the southeast as the water inlet and the southwest as the water outlet. The upper reaches are connected to Songye Lake and the lower reaches are connected to the Halaha River. The average water depth is 2.5 meters and the depth is more than 5 meters. Dujuan Lake is a flowing lake.
Then pay a visit to Tianchi Lake to see the amazing natural views.
Visit Asia's largest recently extinct volcano basalt landform Shitanglin.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer you to the airport to catch the flight.
