Day 1Arrive In Chongqing

Welcome to Chongqing, China's iconic "Fog City" and "Mountain City". We'll check in at the hotel, tomorrow we will begin our adventure

Day 2Chongqing Urban

Start your day with a breakfast, fueling up for the adventures ahead. Head to Cíqìkǒu Ancient Town mid-morning, where cobblestone lanes wind past Ming-era courtyards and artisan workshops. Breathe in the earthy scent of clay from porcelain stalls and sample spicy chili oil tucked into alleyway shops.

By noon, make your way to Liziba to witness the city's quirky engineering marvel- subway trains gliding seamlessly through a residential skyscraper. A surreal blend of urban life and infrastructure.

After lunch, visit the Chongqing Mountain City Trail, a stairway-laced path clinging to cliffs. Pass old banyan trees, catching glimpses of the Yangtze River among buildings. Descend to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street by late afternoon, where luxury boutiques and street food carts coexist beneath the Liberation Monument's clock tower.

As dusk falls, wander through Hongyadong’s glowing hive. This 11-story stilted complex buzzes with hotpot restaurants and craft shops. End the day with Chongqing's rhythm-a city where history, grit, and neon pulse in every steep stairway and fog-draped horizon.

Day 3Chongqing Rock Carvings

Begin your journey after breakfast, then we head to Baodingshan Mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage site cradled in a serene valley. Here, over 10,000 Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian sculptures—carved between the 9th and 13th centuries—unfold like a spiritual storybook. Marvel at the Thousand-Handed Guanyin, its gold-leafed arms radiating divine grace, and vivid scenes of karma etched into cliffs.

After a simple lunch, head to Beishan Shike (North Hill Carvings), a quieter counterpart just 5 kilometers away. These Tang and Song Dynasty masterpieces, smaller yet exquisitely detailed, reveal tender human expressions and flowing drapery frozen in stone. Wander shaded pathways past niches adorned with Bodhisattvas and mythical beasts, their features softened by centuries of rain and moss. Listen for monks’ chants echoing from the hillside, blending with the rustle of bamboo.

Day 4Wulong Karst Park

Start early at Three Natural Bridges,  where colossal limestone arches straddle a lush valley. Walk beneath the 200-meter-high Dragon Bridge, its shadow draping over emerald pools as mist swirls around distant waterfalls. Three Natural Bridges refer to Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge and Heilong Bridge. Their very existence rely on the unique geological feature of Wulong, by the way, they are the largest natural bridge group in Asia.

Then we descend into Longshuui Gorge Ground Fissure, a deep crack in the earth shaped about 300 million years. Narrow walkways cling to limestone walls, guiding you past turquoise streams and curtains of ferns. Sunlight filters through the gorge’s top, shining on rocks polished smooth by underground rivers. Listen for water droplets tapping rhythmically against stone, a quiet counterpoint to the occasional rush of hidden cascades.
