Our 12 member group embarked on a 15 day Silk Road discovery tour with Silk Road Travel who provided a professional English speaking tour guide in both Gansu and Xinjiang. Our package included 4/5 star hotel accommodation, all meals (B/L/D), bus and high speed train transportation throughout the 15 days as well as all entrance charges for the tour attractions listed in the agreed itinerary. The service quality of the guides and vehicle drivers were excellent. The sites and attractions arranged by Silk Road Travel were well chosen to cater to our requirements. At no point during the tour did we feel anxious.

A group of university mates decided to tour XinJiang, China together. Some mates have not been met since graduated 32 yrs ago. We made booking via Lesley Li in Urumuqi. It was a perfect arrangement for us.

All of us enjoy the trip and fellowships very much, including making new friends in XinJiang. We thanks our Chinese friends for the wonderful arrangement and friendships. Thank you very much for arranging the tour for us, the journey is smoothly plan, our tour guide Benjamin is a very experience and he is able to provide all the necessary assistance and arrangement for us.

Hotel in Hemu village is excellent, peaceful environment with good room facility.
And the coach provided is comfortable and we have enough space legroom and each member can have 2 seat comfortably. A travel pillow is provided to enhance our comfort level during the long journey.
Overall we have a good experience for this trip and we definitely to recommend your tour services to our friends who wish travel to Xinjiang.

Our tour to silk road was orgnaized by Mis Lesley Lee who was very professional,comunicative, attentive and sympatetic. The tour was very interesting and most beautiful.

Five star because I can't award six. Stunning. So much to see and understand. It was also highly professional in its organisation. Knowledgeable tour guides (without talking your ears off), Organised and punctual.The drivers were also highly professional and safe. Lesley, who runs all this, doesn't seem to stop - I was able to meet her at the end and her phone calls to and from customers are constant. The commitment to service is exemplary. As for the journey, you may leave here a bit short on words, in the best sense.

Lesley is the jewel of Xinjiang. For a start, she answered my first inquiry for a 2 to 3 weeks tour of the Xinjiang Province within 2 hours. From that point onward, Lesley makes you feel like you are her only guest and give it her best to help, assist, organize, suggest and answer all of your questions... worries... while CAREFULLY LISTENING to all of your wishes. At the end, Lesley and her team organized a short notice miracle private and amazing tour for only the 2 of us.
