Our founder Lesley Lee who believe travelling is a life style, started her career in 2003. After guiding hundreds of tour groups, she gradually found that the traditional group tour is far from satisfying as travelers always complains they cannot have in-depth tour experience based on the extremely tight schedule. She then set about creating an outstanding tour operator in 2007 to take travelers into the authentic China, and formally named the brand Silkroad Travel in 2017.
