We made many requests and asked for lots of details throughout the planning process, and she was always incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. We especially appreciated how quickly she arranged a replacement bus after hearing our feedback on the first day—it showed a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent service.

We would also like to thank Lesley for assigning Lucy as our tour guide. Lucy speaks excellent English, communicated clearly, and connected wonderfully with everyone in our group. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey enjoyable and memorable.

She has not only provided us with excellent service throughout our time in Guilin, but she is also very knowledgeable, caring, and patient in her role as a Tour Guide. She is also very capable and efficient in all she does.

Good morning Leah. Yong n I arrived Sydney last night. My 2 sisters too had arrived Malaysia n Singapore safely.  It was a big group of us. 😄 It was a memorable and interesting experience. Overall the whole trip went very smoothly. Thanks again for organising the trip. Hope we can make another trip to China soon.

Thank you very much for a trip well organised . The itinerary is very good with inclusions of many natural scenery of lakes and glaciers. We especially are marveled by the amazing Sijin Lacuo with its almost perfect reflections of the surrounding snow capped mountains. The toilets in the rural areas need to be upgraded. Food was oily but generally good especially in the more urban areas. All of us had a wonderful time together and we look forward to having you organize more trips for us. Thank you once again.
