Day 1Lhasa Arrival

Your adventure begins the moment you land in Lhasa, the heart of Tibet! Your friendly local guide will greet you at the airport or train station and escort you to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and acclimatize to the high altitude (3,650 meters). Lhasa, the spiritual and cultural capital of Tibet, is a mesmerizing blend of ancient traditions and breathtaking landscapes. Nestled on the Tibetan Plateau with the Himalayas as its backdrop, this city will captivate your senses from the very first moment.  

Note: we offer free airport pick up service in specific time at 10:00, 13:30, 17:00. Beyond specific time will charge airport pick up fee.

Day 2Explore Lhasa's Iconic Treasures

Today, you'll step into the soul of Tibet! Your first stop is the majestic Potala Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former winter residence of the Dalai Lama. Towering 13 stories high at 3,700 meters, this architectural marvel houses over 1,000 rooms adorned with intricate murals, golden stupas, and sacred artifacts.  

Next, visit the sacred Jokhang Temple, another UNESCO-listed gem and the holiest site in Tibetan Buddhism. Feel the spiritual energy as pilgrims prostrate themselves in devotion. Just outside, Bakhor Street beckons with its vibrant atmosphere. Stroll through this bustling market, where locals sell prayer wheels, handmade jewelry, and other traditional crafts—perfect for souvenirs!

Day 3Discover Tibetan Culture

Start your day with a visit to Dadong Village, a hidden gem untouched by mass tourism. Wander through this ancient Tibetan village, where time seems to stand still. Explore centuries-old temples like Nimatang and White Temple, and step into the rustic homes of locals for an authentic glimpse of their daily lives.  

In the afternoon, head to Sera Monastery, one of Tibet's great Gelug monasteries. The highlight? Witnessing the lively monk debates—a fascinating spectacle where monks engage in spirited philosophical discussions, clapping and gesturing to make their points.

Day 4Lhasa to Shigatse – Yamdrok Lake & Gyantse’s Wonders

Brace yourself for a day of awe-inspiring landscapes! Drive over the Gampala Pass (4,790 meters), where panoramic views will leave you breathless. Below, the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake shimmer like a jewel, framed by snow-capped mountains.  

Continue to Gyantse to explore the Pelkor Monastery and the iconic Gyantse Kumbum, a stunning stupa adorned with thousands of Buddhist murals. By evening, you'll arrive in Shigatse, Tibet's second-largest city.

Day 5Shigatse to Rongbuk Monastery – The Tour to Everest Begins

Today, the mighty Mount Everest draws closer! After lunch in Lhatse, traverse the dramatic Himalayan terrain. If the skies are clear, catch your first glimpse of Everest's towering peak. Cross the Pang La Pass (5,050 meters), one of Tibet's highest, for a jaw-dropping vista of the world's five highest mountains.  

Your day ends at Rongbuk Monastery, the highest monastery on Earth, where nuns and monks live in harmony against the backdrop of Everest's grandeur.

Day 6Everest Base Camp – Touch the Sky

Wake up early to witness the sunrise over Mount Everest—a golden spectacle you'll never forget! After soaking in the views, explore Rongbuk Monastery, a place of profound peace and spirituality. Later, return to Shigatse, reflecting on the day's unforgettable moments.

Day 7Tashilunpo Monastery & Return to Lhasa

Before leaving Shigatse, visit the magnificent Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama. Marvel at the world's largest gilded statue of Maitreya Buddha and the opulent tombs of past Panchen Lamas. Then, enjoy a scenic drive back to Lhasa, where you can reminisce about your incredible tour.

2. Typically we will take 2000 RMB per person as deposit when you book the trip (You can pay a deposit through WeChat/Alipay/bank transfer.)

Cancellation Policies 

Our cancellation policies are very friendly.

If you have to cancel your trip for some unexpected reasons, we have the following policies:

1. FULL REFUND at least 155 days before departure date. (Note: except the cost of service fees paid for the third party, such as flight ticket refund service fees)
2. FULL REFUND if there is no flight and train to arrive resulted from extreme weather or government restrictions.


If the trip is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any government restriction, full refund will be offered.
